Ingredients

  • Lean Ground Beef
  • Celery
  • Bean Sprouts
  • Sliced Water Chestnuts
  • Mushroom Stems And Pieces
  • Beef Broth
  • Diced Pimentos
  • Soy Sauce
  • Fresh Ginger
  • Cornstarch
  • Water
  • Chow Mein Noodles

Instructions

  1. Brown and drain ground beef
  2. Add celery, bean sprouts, water chestnuts, mushrooms, broth, pimientos, soy sauce and ginger
  3. Heat over medium heat and mix well
  4. In a small bowl or jar, mix cornstarch and water until smooth
  5. Stir cornstarch mixture into beef mixture
  6. Cook until it is bubbly and slightly thickened
  7. Serve over chow mein noodles or cooked rice
