A low-fat protein source, fish is the best component of a healthy diet, with high nutritional value.

Ingredients

  • Olive Oil
  • Tomatoes
  • Salmon
  • Sea Salt

Instructions

  1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in pan over a medium fire
  2. Stir-fry tomato lightly for about 1 to 2 minutes
  3. Remove and set aside
  4. Drip the remaining olive oil over the salmon and grill for 3 minutes on one side
  5. Turn over and grill for another 1 to 2 minutes
  6. Sprinkle with salt, top with stir-fried tomato and serve
