Ingredients
- Olive Oil
- Tomatoes
- Salmon
- Sea Salt
Instructions
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in pan over a medium fire
- Stir-fry tomato lightly for about 1 to 2 minutes
- Remove and set aside
- Drip the remaining olive oil over the salmon and grill for 3 minutes on one side
- Turn over and grill for another 1 to 2 minutes
- Sprinkle with salt, top with stir-fried tomato and serve
