Ingredients

  • Vegetable Oil
  • Garlic Cloves
  • Halibut Steaks
  • Salt
  • Lime Wedge
  • Pineapple Preserves
  • Sweet Red Pepper
  • Purple Onions
  • Fresh Lime Juice
  • Jalapeno Pepper
  • Dried Mint Flakes
  • Pineapple Tidbits

Instructions

  1. To make the salsa: mix together all the salsa ingredients
  2. May chill or keep at room temperature
  3. To make the halibut: mix together the vegetable oil and minced garlic
  4. Brush mixture over the fish steaks
  5. Sprinkle fish with 1 / 4 teaspoon salt
  6. Coat a grill rack with non-stick cooking spray
  7. Put the fish on the grill rack
  8. Grill, covered, over medium-hot coals for 5-6 minutes or until the fish flakes
  9. Turn fish once during grilling time
  10. Place fish steaks on individual plates
  11. Spoon pineapple-lime salsa over the fish
  12. Serve with lime wedges
