Ingredients

  • Lamb Steaks
  • Ginger
  • Garlic Cloves
  • Brown Sugar
  • Fish Sauce
  • Sesame Oil
  • Lime Juice
  • Sweet Chili Sauce
  • Coriander
  • Dried Red Chili Pepper
  • Sesame Seeds
  • Jasmine Rice

Instructions

  1. Combine lamb strips with gingr, garlic, sugar, fish sauce & sesame oil, refrigerate & marinate for 2-3 hours
  2. Thread lamb onto 8 bamboo skewers that have been soaked for 30 minute
  3. While lamb is in marinade, prepare dipping sauce
  4. Combine lime juice, chili sauce, corinader & chill
  5. Heat barbecue and cook skewers and cook for 3-4 minute on each side or until lamb is cooked
  6. Serve sprinkled with toasted sesame seeds and dipping sauce and steamed jasmine rice
