This recipe is from taste of home healthy cooking. It is a very colorful dish. I think it improves if you let the beans marinate in the dressing for about an hour or so.

Ingredients

  • Fresh Green Beans
  • Cherry Tomatoes
  • Fresh Basil
  • Tarragon Vinegar
  • Light Olive Oil
  • Garlic Clove
  • Pepper
  • Salt

Instructions

  1. Place beans in a large saucepan and cover with water
  2. Bring to a boil
  3. Cover and cook for 4 to 7 minutes or until crisp-tender
  4. Drain and immediately place beans in ice water
  5. Drain and pat dry
  6. In a large bowl, combine beans and tomatoes
  7. Combine the basil, vinegar, oil, garlic, pepper and salt
  8. Drizzle over beans and toss to coat
