This granola is soo good for you, and you can mix and match the nuts, dried fruit and juice to your liking.
I love to eat this with yogurt anytime of the day!
Ingredients
- Rolled Oats
- Oat Bran
- Brown Sugar
- Cinnamon
- Walnuts
- Honey
- Orange Juice
- Vanilla Extract
- Craisins
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 250, spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray
- Combine oats through walnuts in large mixing bowl
- Set aside
- Over low heat in a small saucepan, combine honey-vanilla
- Simmer for a few minutes
- Pour honey mixture over oat mixture
- Mix with hands to create small and large clumps
- Put mixture in single layer on cookie pan
- Bake 30 minutes add craisins to pan, and combine, spreading once again to single layer
- Bake for another 15 min or until golden
