This delicious muesli has all the ingredients you'd need for a good homemade granola, but it's ever so much easier…no cooking, just stir it all together and leave it in the fridge overnight! It is thick, fruity, and filling — i usually make it once every week for an easy, wholesome breakfast. Even better with some fresh fruit on top 🙂 cook time is chilling time.
Ingredients
- Quick Oats
- Low-fat Milk
- Orange Juice
- Raisins
- Dried Apricot
- Dried Cranberries
- Sliced Almonds
- Unsweetened Coconut
- Honey
- Sunflower Seeds
- Ground Cinnamon
- Ground Ginger
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in large bowl and stir to mix
- Cover and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight
