This delicious muesli has all the ingredients you'd need for a good homemade granola, but it's ever so much easier…no cooking, just stir it all together and leave it in the fridge overnight! It is thick, fruity, and filling — i usually make it once every week for an easy, wholesome breakfast. Even better with some fresh fruit on top 🙂 cook time is chilling time.

Ingredients

  • Quick Oats
  • Low-fat Milk
  • Orange Juice
  • Raisins
  • Dried Apricot
  • Dried Cranberries
  • Sliced Almonds
  • Unsweetened Coconut
  • Honey
  • Sunflower Seeds
  • Ground Cinnamon
  • Ground Ginger

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in large bowl and stir to mix
  2. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight
