These are great soft chewy cake like cookies.they remind everyone of a muffin top meets a cookie.hint* they are moist,they won't be moist if you over bake them thinking they will flatten out.these aren't meant to be flat cookies.sorry about not posting this before shirl j. Also most cookies you'll find are either meant to be cake like,or flat chewy consistency.
