Description
These bars are full of nutritious foods, including "good fats" in the flaxseed meal and nuts. I've been experimenting with granola bars after trying kittencal's delicious recipe #77200–trying to find something that tasted that good but was good for you too. This is as close as i have come so far. 🙂 they are still a little crumbly but have good flavor. You can substitute any nut-butter, nuts, seeds, or dried fruit that you have on hand. Omit the salt if you are using salted nuts or seeds.
