Description
All credit to jellyqueen & her recipe #95708 for posting the original glorious morning muffins which are absolutely amazing! I just made a few tweaks to get a bit more nutritional value into them and wanted to share it as another option.
Ingredients
- Whole Wheat Flour
- Quick Oats
- Brown Sugar
- Baking Powder
- Baking Soda
- Salt
- Ground Cinnamon
- Raisins
- Crushed Pineapple In Juice
- Zucchini
- Skim Milk
- Unsweetened Applesauce
- Egg
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400
- Mix all ingredients
- Lightly grease / flour 12 muffin cups
- Fill cups almost full
- Bake 20-22 minutes until golden brown
- Let muffins stand for a few minutes, remove from muffin tin, and cool 10 minutes before eating
