Ingredients

  • Flank Steaks
  • Garlic Cloves
  • Fresh Ginger
  • Light Soy Sauce
  • Red Wine Vinegar
  • Dry Crushed Red Pepper
  • Peanut Oil
  • Bok Choy
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Cooked Rice

Instructions

  1. Freeze steak 30 minutes
  2. Trim any fat
  3. Slice steak diagonally across grain into inch strips
  4. Combine garlic and next 4 ingredients in a bowl
  5. Add steak, tossing to coat
  6. Cover and marinate in refrigerator 20 minutes
  7. Add 1 tablespoon oil to a large skillet
  8. Place over high heat until hot
  9. Add half the steak mixture
  10. Stir-fry 3-4 minutes or until browned
  11. Remove from skillet
  12. Repeat procedure with remaining oil and steak mixture
  13. Combine steak mixture and bok choy in skillet
  14. Stir-fry 2-3 minutes
  15. Add salt and pepper
  16. Toss gently
  17. Serve with rice
