Garlic Steak With Mushrooms

Description

This is very garlicky but so yummy! I got this recipe from my local publix grocery store.

Instructions

1. Using a garlic press, crush cloves into medium bowl
2. Stir in olive oil, steak seasoning and salt
3. Cut steak into four servings and add to garlic mixture
4. Press mixture into steaks and turn to coat completely
5. Let stand 10 minutes
6. Preheat large saut pan on medium-high 2-3 minutes
7. Place steaks and garlic mixture in pan
8. Cook uncovered 5 minutes
9. Reduce heat to medium, turn steak and cook 6-8 more minutes until internal temperature is 140f
10. Add 4-6 minutes for a more well done steak
11. Add butter to pan and turn steaks to coat
12. Remove steaks and keep warm
13. Add mushrooms to same pan
14. Cover and cook 5-7 minutes until tender
15. Serve with steaks
