Ingredients

  • Pasta
  • Olive Oil
  • Garlic Cloves
  • Boneless Chicken Breast
  • Pepper
  • Frozen Vegetables
  • Chicken Broth
  • Basil
  • Parmesan Cheese

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, over medium high heat, heat the olive oil
  2. Saut chicken and garlic in olive oil seasoned with pepper, until chicken is no longer pink
  3. Add vegetables, broth, basil, and cheese
  4. Simmer until most of the broth has cooked off
  5. Mix vegetables with pasta and serve
