  • Milky Way Bars
  • Heavy Cream
  • Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
  • Vanilla Extract
  • Whipped Cream

Instructions

  1. Chop candy bars, yielding about 1 1 / 3 cups
  2. Combine with 1 / 2 cup of
  3. The cream and chocolate chips in a large bowl over a pot of simmering
  4. Water
  5. Stir occasionally until mixture is melted and combined
  6. Set bowl
  7. Aside to cool
  8. In another bowl combine vanilla extract with remaining 2 cups of
  9. Cream
  10. Beat until stiff peaks form
  11. Fold cream into chocolate mixture then pour 1 / 2 of mixture into a 1
  12. 1 / 2-quart freezer-proof bowl
  13. Coarsely chop more candy bars, yielding about 1 / 3 cup
  14. Sprinkle over
  15. Mousse
  16. Top with remaining mousse
  17. Freeze until firm, 6 hours or
  18. Overnight
  19. Thaw slightly at room temperature before serving, about 10 minutes
  20. Chop remaining candy bars, yielding about 1 / 3 cup
  21. Garnish with whipped
  22. Cream and chopped candy
