Ingredients

  • Scallops
  • Flour
  • Old Bay Seasoning
  • Butter
  • Olive Oil
  • Fresh Parsley
  • Lemon Wedge

Instructions

  1. Use whole small scallops or sliced large scallops
  2. Rinse and pat scallops dry
  3. Roll in flour mixed with the old bay seasoning
  4. Shake off excess
  5. Saut in a butter-oil mix
  6. Bay scallops will be done in two minutes, sea scallops take longer
  7. Sprinkle with parsley and serve with lemon wedges
