French Onion Pork Chops Skillet

This recipe came from kraft. Lost it once before, so keeping it here for safe keeping! Good served with rice.

Ingredients

  • Boneless Pork Chops
  • Onions
  • Worcestershire Sauce
  • Chicken Flavor Stuffing Mix
  • Hot Water
  • Mozzarella Cheese

Instructions

  1. Heat large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat
  2. Add chops and onions
  3. Cook 10 minute or until chops are cooked through, stirring onions occasionally and turning chops over after 5 minute transfer chops to plate
  4. Keep warm
  5. Continue cooking onions 5 minute or until golden brown, stirring occasionally
  6. Add worcestershire sauce to skillet
  7. Mix well
  8. Reduce heat to low
  9. Return chops to skillet
  10. Spoon onion mixture over chops
  11. Mix stuffing mix and hot water
  12. Spoon stuffing mixture around edge of skillet
  13. Sprinkle with cheese
  14. Cover
  15. Cook 5 minute or until cheese is melted
