Ingredients

  • Apple Juice
  • Water
  • Salt
  • Basmati Rice
  • Fresh Ginger
  • Cinnamon Stick

Instructions

  1. Bring juice, water and salt to a boil in medium saucepan
  2. Add remaining ingredients
  3. Reduce heat to low
  4. Cover
  5. Simmer 25-30 minutes or until liquid is absorbed
  6. Remove ginger and cinnamon stick
  7. Discard
