Just chop your vegetables and dump everything in the crockpot and forget it!!

Ingredients

  • Diced Tomatoes
  • Beef Broth
  • Tomato Paste
  • Green Peppers
  • Onion
  • Celery Ribs
  • Garlic Cloves
  • Dried Parsley Flakes
  • Dried Basil
  • Dried Oregano
  • Salt
  • Cayenne Pepper
  • Hot Pepper Sauce
  • Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
  • Smoked Sausage
  • Medium Shrimp

Instructions

  1. In a 5 quart slow cooker, combine the tomatoes, broth and tomato paste
  2. Stir in the green peppers, onion, celery, garlic and seasonings
  3. Stir in chicken and sausage
  4. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or until chicken is tender
  5. Stir in shrimp
  6. Cover and cook 15-30 minutes longer or until shrimp turn pink
  7. Serve with rice
