Ingredients
- Green Onions
- Green Peppers
- Diced Tomatoes
- Celery
- Onion Soup Mix
- Bouillon Cubes
- Pepper
- Parsley
Instructions
- Cut veggies into small pieces and cover with water or v8 juice
- Boil rapidly for 10 minutes
- Reduce heat and simmer until veggies are tender
