Ingredients

  • Cream Cheese
  • Butter
  • Garlic
  • Peppercorn
  • Shallots
  • Salt & Fresh Ground Pepper
  • Milk
  • Sour Cream
  • Horseradish Sauce
  • Red Onion
  • Fresh Dill
  • Salt
  • Lemon Juice
  • Sugar
  • Fresh Gingerroot
  • Sesame Oil
  • Soy Sauce
  • Sherry Wine
  • Brown Sugar
  • Cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Cracked pepper sauce: beat cream cheese& butter together until smooth
  2. Add remaining ingredients and mix
  3. Chill a few hours or overnight to blend flavors
  4. Serve at room temperature
  5. Dill sauce: combine all ingredients
  6. Chill several hours or overnight
  7. Teriyaki sauce: saute garlic and ginger in oil 30 seconds
  8. Add soy sauce, water, & sake
  9. Bring to a boil over medium heat
  10. Combine brown sugar and cornstarch
  11. Stir into sake mixture
  12. Heat& stir until thickened
  13. Serve at room temperature or warm
