A combination of jello and ice cream makes for a super easy dessert. Of course, you can also use sugar free or even other flavors of gelatin. Prepared in under 5 minutes.

A combination of jello and ice cream makes for a super easy dessert. Of course, you can also use sugar free or even other flavors of gelatin. Prepared in under 5 minutes.

Ingredients

  • Strawberry Jell-o Gelatin Dessert
  • Boiling Water
  • Vanilla Ice Cream
  • Ice Cubes
  • Whipped Cream
  • Strawberry

Instructions

  1. Combine jello and boiling water in container of electric blender
  2. Blend for one minute
  3. Add ice cream and ice cubes one at a time
  4. Blend 2 minutes
  5. Pour into serving dishes
  6. Refrigerate until ready to serve
  7. Top with whipped cream and a strawberry for garnish
