Ingredients

  • Dark Chocolate
  • Unsalted Butter
  • Eggs
  • Coconut Sugar
  • Hazelnut Meal
  • Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • Brandy
  • Powdered Sugar

Instructions

  1. Melt chocolate and butter in a double boiler
  2. Set aside
  3. Preheat the oven to 350f / 360c degrees
  4. Whip egg whites until a stiff peak forms
  5. Set aside
  6. In another bowl, mix egg yolks and sugar
  7. Add the chocolate and butter mixture and mix
  8. Mix in the hazelnut meal, cocoa powder, and liquor and mix
  9. Fold in the egg whites and mix
  10. Pour in a 7-inch springform pan
  11. Bake for 30 minutes
  12. Cool and refrigerate for several hours or overnight
  13. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top using a small strainer
  14. Infuse love, slice and serve!
