Ingredients
- Flounder Fillets
- Vinegar
- Salt
- Butter
Instructions
- Arrange fish in a single layer ub a greased baking dish
- Sprinkle with vinegar and salt
- Dot with butter
- Bake, basting every 5 minutes with crisp brown butter scraped from the edges of the pan, coating each piece completely
- Should be finished cooking at about 25-30 minutes
