I haven't tried it yet, but it sounds absolutely yummy–especially if you like creams soups! From kraft.com.

Ingredients

  • Fresh Mushrooms
  • Onion
  • Butter
  • Milk
  • Salt
  • Garlic Salt
  • Pepper
  • Ground Nutmeg
  • Potato Starch
  • Frozen Chopped Spinach
  • Cream Cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook mushrooms and onion in butter in medium saucepan on medium heat until tender
  2. Add 3 cups of the milk and the seasonings
  3. Bring just to boil, stirring frequently
  4. Add potato starch to remaining 1 / 4 cup milk
  5. Stir until well blended
  6. Gradually add to hot mixture in saucepan, stirring until well blended
  7. Cook until mixture boils and thickens, stirring constantly
  8. Reduce heat to low
  9. Simmer 5 minutes
  10. Stir in remaining ingredients
  11. Cook until cream cheese is completely melted and soup is heated through, stirring frequently
