Fish With Sesame Seed Sauce

Ingredients

  • White Fish Fillet
  • Sea Salt
  • Salt
  • Water
  • Olive Oil
  • Onion
  • Garlic Clove
  • Tahini
  • Lemon Juice
  • Fresh Parsley

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle the fish with sea salt & refrigerate for at least 1 hour
  2. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees
  3. Spray a 9-inch baking pan with cooking spray
  4. Mix the olive oil, salt & 1 / 2 cup of water in a nonstick skillet
  5. Cook the onions in the skillet for 10 minutes or until the onions are soft & the water has evaporated
  6. Allow the onions to slowly turn golden brown, stirring occasionally
  7. Add the garlic & cook for another minute or two
  8. Meanwhile, steam the fish over a pot of boiling water until the flesh is barely flaky
  9. Cool & break into small pieces
  10. Mix the fish in with the onions then spread into the baking dish
  11. Combine the tahini & 1 / 4 cup water by beating well in a mixing bowl
  12. Gradually stir in the lemon juice until smooth & creamy
  13. Pour over the fish mixture & cook in the oven for 15 minutes
  14. Allow to cool to room temperature
  15. Serve cool or chilled, garnished with fresh parsley
