Finger Rolls Perfect For Soup And Sandwich

These are tender soft and a good choice to serve with a hot bowl of soup. I made these rolls to hold recipe #294458. I served with soup so didn't want to filling of a sandwich.

These are tender soft and a good choice to serve with a hot bowl of soup.
I made these rolls to hold recipe #294458. I served with soup so didn't want to filling of a sandwich.

Ingredients

  • Egg
  • Milk
  • Butter
  • Bread Flour
  • Salt
  • Sugar
  • Fast Rising Yeast

Instructions

  1. Place ingredients in bread machine keeping the salt, sugar and yeast separate
  2. Set on dough cycle
  3. Start
  4. When machine stops remove dough and place on floured surface
  5. Oil sheet pan
  6. Divide into 12 pieces
  7. Shape each into an oblong roll and then place end to end so almost touching
  8. Making 2 rows
  9. Cover with plastic wrap and rise for 30 minutes in a warm spot
  10. Preheat oven to 425 degrees
  11. Brush with milk and sprinkle with a touch of salt
  12. Bake for 15 minutes
  13. Remove from pan and separate
  14. Enjoy warm
