Figs With Herbed Goat Cheese

I found this treasure in better homes & gardens magazine. Fig season is short, making them a precious commodity. Goat cheese adds a little something to the already wonderful fig!

Ingredients

  • Soft Fresh Goat Cheese
  • Fresh Chives
  • Fresh Parsley
  • Fresh Rosemary
  • Salt And Pepper
  • Fresh Figs
  • Rosemary Sprig

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl combine the goat cheese, chives, parsley,, snipped rosemary, salt, and pepper
  2. Cut the figs in half
  3. If using apricots, cut in half
  4. Remove and discard pits
  5. Top the fig halves with the herbed cheese
  6. Cover and chill up to 1 hour before serving
  7. Top the figs with rosemary sprigs
  8. Enjoy!
  9. Makes 6 servings
