Ingredients
- Fig Preserves
- Rice Vinegar
- Chili Paste
- Garlic
- Soy Sauce
- Kosher Salt
- Pork Tenderloin
- Fresh Ground Pepper
- Cooking Spray
- Fresh Chives
Instructions
- Heat grill to medium-high
- Spray with cooking spray
- Combine first 4 ingredients with a whisk
- Sprinkle tenderloins with salt and pepper and add to the grill
- Cook 18-20 minutes, basting with the sauce and turning over occasionally until internal temperature reaches 160
- Slice and garnish with fresh chives
