Ingredients

  • Fig Preserves
  • Rice Vinegar
  • Chili Paste
  • Garlic
  • Soy Sauce
  • Kosher Salt
  • Pork Tenderloin
  • Fresh Ground Pepper
  • Cooking Spray
  • Fresh Chives

Instructions

  1. Heat grill to medium-high
  2. Spray with cooking spray
  3. Combine first 4 ingredients with a whisk
  4. Sprinkle tenderloins with salt and pepper and add to the grill
  5. Cook 18-20 minutes, basting with the sauce and turning over occasionally until internal temperature reaches 160
  6. Slice and garnish with fresh chives
