From the spam website "you know what’s a magical coincidence? The word “eat” is in the word “meat”. And if “meat” was spelled with a couple more m’s, “mmm” would be in there, too. Come to think of it, this recipe is so tasty, we really should have spelled it “favorite mmmeat loaf.”
Ingredients
- Fresh Parsley
- Garlic Clove
- Dry Breadcrumbs
- Ground Chuck
- Spam
- Eggs
- Onion
- Pepper
- Salt
Instructions
- Heat oven to 375f
- 2in food processor bowl, process spam classic until finely chopped or grind by hand
- 3in large bowl, combine spam and remaining ingredients
- Mix well
- Shape into loaf
- Place on wire rack in baking pan
- Bake 1 hour
- Let stand 5 minutes before slicing
