Quite the imposter! Looks and tastes like real pecans. Try it to believe!
Delicious and easy to make. A friend gave me this recipe and i couldn't wait to share it with you!

Ingredients

  • Eggs
  • Sugar
  • Butter
  • Light Corn Syrup
  • Vanilla
  • Pretzels
  • Deep Dish Pie Shell

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs and add sugar, butter, corn syrup and vanilla
  2. Mix well
  3. Pour into unbaked pie shell
  4. Set aside
  5. Pretzels, butter and sugar are ingredients for topping
  6. Place pretzels in a plastic and crush using a rolling pin
  7. Do not pulvarize
  8. Mix melted butter and sugar in a mixing bowl
  9. Empty crushed pretzels into bowl with butter and sugar and mix well to coat pretzels
  10. Put pretzel mixture on top of pie filling
  11. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour
  12. Cool before slicing
  13. Margarine may be used instead of butter but taste will not be as good
