Description
This is a way i developed to cook a few shrimp quickly and easily right from the freezer to use in recipes calling for cooked shrimp or even when i need a quick shrimp fix, comfort food that is always perfect with butter and lemon. I have always used raw-frozen-shell on shrimp for this method
Ingredients
- Frozen Shrimp
- Water
Instructions
- Put shrimp in a microwave safe cup and cover with water
- Microwave on high for 50 seconds, let sit 50 seconds
- Microwave on high 30 seconds, let sit 30 seconds
- Peel and use as is or add ice to the glass to cool to room temperature for salads or dips
