This recipe is from the mother of a student, and it is the best peanut butter fudge i have ever had. I usually use real butter and not margarine when i cook, so i will substitute the margarine in this recipe. From what i have tasted, however, it is still delicious when made with margarine.

Ingredients

  • Sugar
  • Margarine
  • Evaporated Milk
  • Creamy Peanut Butter
  • Marshmallow Cream
  • Walnuts
  • Vanilla

Instructions

  1. Combine sugar, margarine, and milk in heavy 2 1 / 2 quart saucepan
  2. Bring to full rolling boil, stirring constantly
  3. Reduce heat to medium
  4. Continue boiling for 5 minutes, stirring constantly
  5. Remove from heat, and stir in peanut butter
  6. Add marshmallow cream, nuts, and vanilla
  7. Beat until blended
  8. Pour into greased 13 x 9 inch baking pan
  9. Let cool, and cut into 1-inch squares
