Extremely Easy Chocolate Zucchini Cake

Ingredients

• Chocolate Cake Mix
• Vegetable Oil
• Eggs
• Milk
• Zucchini
• Chocolate Frosting

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Peel, remove seeds, and shred zucchini to produce 1 1 / 2 cups
3. Set aside
4. In a mixing bowl, add dry cake mix and vegetable oil
5. Mix
6. Add one egg at a time
7. Mix together
8. Add milk
9. Stir until blended
10. Add shredded zucchini
11. Mix
12. Butter and flour two 8-inch cake pans
13. Pour cake batter evenly into pans
14. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
15. Allow cake to cool
16. Remove from cake pans and frost with chocolate frosting
17. Can add layers together to make a 2-layer cake
