Description
You can eat these potatoes with breakfast, lunch, dinner, or even on their on. Flavorful and simple, i'm sure you will love them, everyone i made them for does. This recipe came about when i was bored, and i just started adding things together, and people started to eat it, and i thought that was great. Enjoy!
Ingredients
- Potatoes
- Adobo Seasoning
- Garlic Powder
- Chili Powder
- Fresh Ground Pepper
- Sazon Goya Con Culantro Y Achiote
- Water
- Green Bell Pepper
- Yellow Onion
- Yellow Bell Pepper
- Olive Oil
- Bacon
Instructions
- Cut potatoes into medium sized chunks, make sure that they are clean before they enter skillet
- Rinse well!
- Heat skillet on medium low, and add olive oil or butter
- Once potatoes are clean and skillet is hot, add potatoes into the skillet
- If you are using bacon or any other meat, cook your potatoes for about 5 mins, remove potatoes, and add your bacon, cook for about 2-3 mins, then add bell pepper, and onion
- Cook for about 3 mins, and add potatoes back
- Add adobo, sazon, garlic powder, and pepper
- Stir so that it can be distributed evenly
- Cook for about 5 mins, then add chili powder
- Add water, and cover, let simmer for about 10 mins or until potatoes are tender
- If you like spicy food, then add chili flakes or whatever spicy ingredients you like before of course you cover up and start to simmer potatoes
- If you like somewhat hard, crispy potates, you can exclude the water and just cook for about 10 mins or until done
- Then serve with favorite beverage and enjoy!
