Ingredients

  • Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Olive Oil
  • Honey
  • Belgian Endive
  • Pear
  • Sour Cream
  • Plain Yogurt
  • Gorgonzola
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Hazelnuts
  • Fresh Chives

Instructions

  1. Whisk 3 tablespoons vinegar, oil and honey in a large bowl to blend
  2. Add endive and pear and toss to coat
  3. Blend sour cream, yogurt and remaining1 tablespoons of cider vinegar in medium bowl
  4. Mix in cheese
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste
  6. Mound salad on plater and top with dressing, then nuts and chives
