This recipe is posted for the zaar world tour 2005. This sounds like something i would love!

Ingredients

  • Red Snapper Fillets
  • Olive Oil
  • Red Onion
  • Garlic Cloves
  • Red Pepper
  • Cayenne
  • Mint Leaves
  • Dried Thyme
  • Lemon Juice

Instructions

  1. Saute onion in olive oil until golden
  2. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 10 minutes
  3. Pour sauce over snapper fillets and bake, covered, in a 350f oven for 18 minutes
  4. Serve over couscous
