Ingredients
- Red Snapper Fillets
- Olive Oil
- Red Onion
- Garlic Cloves
- Red Pepper
- Cayenne
- Mint Leaves
- Dried Thyme
- Lemon Juice
Instructions
- Saute onion in olive oil until golden
- Add remaining ingredients and simmer 10 minutes
- Pour sauce over snapper fillets and bake, covered, in a 350f oven for 18 minutes
- Serve over couscous
