Ingredients

  • Frozen Puff Pastry
  • Pistachios
  • Pine Nuts
  • Almonds
  • Coconut Flakes
  • Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • Vanilla Extract
  • Water
  • Cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Unroll pastry sheets and place on greased baking sheets and bake for 15 minutes
  3. Do not turn off oven
  4. In a bowl break pastry into small pieces, add nuts and coconut, mix well
  5. Place nuts and bread in greased 9×12 baking dish
  6. In a saucepan heat milk, vanilla and water on medium heat
  7. Cook 3-5 minutes
  8. Remove from heat and allow to cool
  9. Pour milk over pastry / nut mixture
  10. Pour cream on top and bake uncovered for 15 minutes
  11. Serve warm and enjoy
