- Egg Yolks
- Egg Whites
- Sugar
- Brandy
Instructions
- Beat the egg yolks and whites with an electric mixer until thick and lemon-colored
- Add the sugar gradually, continuing to beat
- Use sherbet glasses, and place 1 tsp of brandy in each
- Gently spoon the egg mixture over this
