  • Egg Yolks
  • Egg Whites
  • Sugar
  • Brandy

Instructions

  1. Beat the egg yolks and whites with an electric mixer until thick and lemon-colored
  2. Add the sugar gradually, continuing to beat
  3. Use sherbet glasses, and place 1 tsp of brandy in each
  4. Gently spoon the egg mixture over this
