This is a family recipe, they are delicious! You can't eat just one.
Ingredients
- Ground Pork
- Egg
- Green Onions
- Garlic
- Bean Thread Noodles
- Fresh Bean Sprout
- Soy Sauce
- Fish Sauce
- Egg Roll Wrap
- Oil
- Salt And Pepper
Instructions
- In a skillet cook the pork until no pink remains
- Drain of grease and set aside in a bowl
- Add the beaten egg to the pork, along with chopped green onions, bean sprouts, minced garlic, salt and pepper
- Mix all together
- Add the softened bean thread noodles and the soy sauce and fish sauce, if using
- I use about 2 teaspoons of soy and just a dash of fish sauce
- It depends on your taste
- Mix all together
- Place a heaping tablespoon of meat mix in the wrapper, close to the edge
- Wrap as directed on package
- Deep fry in peanut oil or vegetable oil until golden brown
