Description
I started making these when my parents got ill & i needed a quicker way to make potatoes for potato lovers. You can change this up many ways with different seasonings. I've done spicy for my family & have even put a mexican flair to a batch that was good. Like always…sour cream can always be added too.
Instructions
- Peel & chunk potatoes
- Place all seasonings & oil in a baggie
- Toss potatoes in baggie & shake well until completely covered
- It will look like a lot
- Toss in baking dish, cover & cook about an hour on 350
- I will put chicken & potatoes in a large roasting pan & cook it all together
