I got this recipe from my boyfriend's mother. I like it because it's yummy, and doesn't require an ice cream machine!cook time is actually the 'freezing' time.
Ingredients
- Egg Yolks
- Condensed Milk
- Heavy Whipping Cream
- Oreo Cookies
Instructions
- Beat whipping cream until thick
- In seperate bowl, beat egg yolks and condensed milk together
- Mix cream into egg mixture
- Fold in crushed oreos
- Freeze
