Recipe modified from by cathyshambley.blogspot.com. This is a very forgiving recipe, use whatever kind of oil you have on hand, safflower, canola, peanut, etc. And whatever nuts, dried fruits, chocolate, your family enjoys.

Ingredients

  • Rolled Oats
  • Honey
  • Coconut Oil
  • Chocolate Chips
  • Dried Cranberries
  • Almonds

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until just moist
  2. Press hard and compactly into an 8×8 inch baking pan
  3. Bake at 350f for 20 minutes
  4. Let cool completely
  5. Cut into bars or squares as preferred and package as needed
