Description

This is an easy recipe for fajitas that are tasty and flavorful. Prep time is marinating time. The tequila, lemon juice, olive oil, and basalmic vinegar help break down the toughness of the meat. If you can find it, mexican oregano has a better flavor than regular oregano. The brown sugar, adobo, oregano and liquid smoke give the meat a depth of flavor. It’s best to marinate overnight for the full flavor and cook the meat on the grill. Use a good tequila–it makes a difference.
