- Potatoes
- Olive Oil
- Dijon Mustard
- Dried Oregano
- Salt And Pepper
Instructions
- Place potatoes in a large baking dish or roasting pan
- Combine remaining ingredients
- Drizzle over potatoes
- Toss to coat
- Bake at 424f for 30-40 minutes, stirring often, until potatoes are tender
