Ingredients

  • Cream Cheese
  • Sour Cream
  • Chicken Broth
  • Red Potatoes
  • Ham
  • Cheddar Cheese
  • Frozen Peas

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Spray 13×9 baking dish with cooking spray
  3. Mix cream cheese, sour cream and chicken broth in large bowl until well blended
  4. Add potatoes, ham, peas, and 1 3 / 4 cups cheddar cheese
  5. Stir gently to coat all ingredients
  6. Spoon into prepared baking dish
  7. Sprinkle with remaining 1 / 4 cup cheese
  8. Bake 1 hour or until heated through and potatoes are tender
