Easy Cheesy Lemon Bars

Hubby loves these.

Ingredients

• Lemon Cake Mix
• Butter
• Egg
• Cream Cheese
• Lemon Frosting
• Lemon Juice

Instructions

1. Bottom:
2. Combine cake mix, butter, and egg
3. Mix with fork until moistened
4. Set aside 1 cup of mix
5. Grease bottom only of 9×13 pan
6. Pat mix into it
7. Top:
8. Mix 3 / 4 container frosting with rest of cake mix, egg, cream cheese, and lemon juice
9. Beat 3 to 5 minutes
10. Spread over cake mixture
11. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes or until lightly browned
12. When cool, spread top with remaining frosting
13. Store in refrigerator
14. Bars cool easier when chilled
