This is a lovely fish, we like this with corn on the cob.
Ingredients
- Fish Fillets
- Salt
- Pepper
- Butter
- Lemon Juice
- Onion
Instructions
- Spread fish filets in 13×9 baking pan
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper
- Mix butter and lemon juice
- Sprinkle over fish
- Spread onion slices on top
- Bake uncovered, at 375 for about 25 minutes, until fish flakes easily
