Ingredients

  • Vegetable Oil
  • Chili Flakes
  • Ground Chicken
  • Onion
  • Red Bell Peppers
  • Broccoli Floret
  • Sugar Snap Peas
  • Zucchini
  • Garlic
  • Ginger
  • Honey
  • Chicken Broth
  • Cornstarch
  • Soy Sauce
  • Sesame Oil
  • Cooked Brown Rice

Instructions

  1. Heat wok or large skillet over medium / high heat
  2. Add veggie oil and chile flakes
  3. Add soy sauce, chicken, broccoli and bell pepper
  4. Stir fry for 1 minute
  5. Add pea pods, zucchini and onion
  6. Stir fry for 1 minute
  7. Add garlic, ginger and honey
  8. Continue to cook an additional 2-4 minutes until veggies are close to desired doneness
  9. Mix broth, sesame oil and corn starch
  10. Add to your pan
  11. Stir constantly until boiling, reduce heat and simmer for 2-4 minutes
  12. Place rice on serving dish
  13. Pour stir fry mixture over rice and serve
  14. I served it family style on one big platter and allowed everyone to scoop out what they wanted
