An excellent asian hamburger from martin yan's "quick and easy"!
Ingredients
- Ground Beef
- Soy Sauce
- Hoisin Sauce
- Cilantro
- Sesame Oil
- Ginger
- Barbecue Sauce
- Chili-garlic Sauce
- Hamburger Buns
- Lettuce Leaves
- Tomatoes
- Onion
Instructions
- Combine meat patty ingredients in a medium bowl
- Mix well
- Divide mixture into 4 equal portions
- Lightly shape each into a patty about 4 inches in diameter
- Combine hoisin barbecue sauce ingredients in a small bowl
- Mix well
- Place a grill pan over high heat until hot
- Place patties on pan and cook turning once, until done to your liking, for 3 to 4 minutes on each side for medium rare
- Top each burger with a tablespoon of hoisin barbecue sauce
- Serve patties in hamburger buns with lettuce, sliced tomato, and onion
