Ingredients

  • Water
  • Onion
  • Carrots
  • Winter Squash
  • Root Vegetables
  • Turnips
  • Kale
  • Celery Ribs
  • Cabbage
  • Fresh Ginger
  • Garlic Cloves
  • Sea Salt

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients at once and place on a low boil for approximately 60 minutes
  2. It may take a little longer
  3. Simply continue to boil to taste
  4. Cool, strain, and store in a large, tightly-sealed glass container in the fridge
  5. Heat gently and drink up to 3 to 4 cups a day
